1. Provider and contact
TournamentCraft is provided by Gustav Gutsche. Legal provider details are available in the Imprint. Support requests can be sent to support@tournamentcraft.com.
2. Offline-first native use
The native app can be used locally without an account. Local tournaments remain on the device unless an operator explicitly starts a publish or update action.
3. Operator accounts
Operator accounts are required for web publishing, dashboard access, subscription checks, unpublishing, and share-link management. Operators must keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
4. Public publishing
Public tournament websites may show tournament names, sports, dates, venues, fields, teams, schedules, results, standings and update timestamps. Teams and guests can view published pages without an account.
5. Subscription and billing
Public publishing requires an active publishing subscription. Checkout, invoices, payment methods and cancellation are handled through Stripe and the web dashboard. Local offline planning is not blocked by subscription status.
6. Expired entitlement
If a publishing entitlement expires or is cancelled after the paid access period, TournamentCraft may disable public visibility, remove tournaments from search, or mark operator tournaments as requiring a subscription.
7. Operator responsibility
Operators are responsible for the tournament data they publish. They must not publish unlawful content or personal data that is not necessary for event organization. Operators should correct or unpublish outdated information when needed.
8. Availability and changes
TournamentCraft aims to provide reliable public pages for event days, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features, routes, providers and pricing may change as the product develops.
9. Legal and privacy references
