1. Fournisseur et contact
TournamentCraft is provided by Gustav Gutsche. Legal provider details are available in the Mentions légales. Les demandes de support et légales peuvent être envoyées à support@tournamentcraft.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the TournamentCraft website, operator dashboard, public tournament pages, server-side APIs, and paid publishing features.
Mandatory consumer, data protection, tax, and platform rights remain unaffected.
3. Offline-first native use
TournamentCraft's native app can be used locally without an account for offline tournament planning.
Local tournaments remain on the device unless an operator signs in and explicitly starts private sync or public publishing.
4. Operator accounts and paid access
Operator accounts are required for private sync, public publishing, dashboard access, subscription checks, unpublishing, and share-link management.
Current paid publishing options are shown on the Pricing page and may include monthly publishing, yearly publishing, and a one-time single-tournament credit.
5. Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, and credits
Paid plans open Stripe Checkout. TournamentCraft grants paid access only after server-side Stripe webhook confirmation.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions unlock public publishing while active and private cross-device sync. A single-tournament credit publishes one tournament page and does not unlock private sync.
6. Public publishing and operator responsibility
Published pages may show tournament names, sports, dates, venues, fields, teams, schedules, results, standings, share links, public URLs, and update timestamps.
Operators are responsible for the tournament data they create, sync, and publish and must not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unnecessary personal data.
7. Availability, changes, and acceptable use
TournamentCraft aims to provide reliable public pages for event days, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The service must not be used to attack the service, bypass entitlements, scrape private APIs, upload malicious payloads, or publish content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Liability, termination, and disputes
Organizers remain responsible for checking schedules, results, venue information, and public links before and during an event.
TournamentCraft may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance, or material breach. German law applies where permitted without excluding mandatory local rights.
